Have you ever seen the movie Donnie Darko? It’s crazy, amazing, and FUCKED UP all at the same time! Well that’s what my yesterday was like! It doesn’t feel real…it may have been a dream. But there’s no rabbit telling me the world is going to end…or a Sparkle Motion dance team…either way….Yesterday was the CRAZIEST DAY I EVER HAD!!! EVER!!!
The day started normal though. If you did not know…I rescued a Chihuahua 2 weeks ago named Duchess. She’s super sweet and lovable. If you also don’t know…I already have TWO! lol I wanted to welcome Duchess to the family and like any crazy Chihuahua mommy I wanted to get her a special dress so we could take photos of her with her new brother and sister. We take Duchess, Pippy, and Muffin to this store that sells stunning dog clothes from Japan. Duchess is “leaking”…we just think she is nervous to go out…I know gross…but what do I know. And a little pee never hurt anyone. I could give a shit…lol…or a pee I guess. We are on our way home and my mom (who is with me) gets a call from her groomer saying her dogs (she has 2 Maltese) are ready for pick up. We are on our way to the groomer now. Duchess will not sit in my lap with the other 2 dogs. She is all over the place so I put a towel on the floor below my feet and put her there. I keep checking to make sure she’s ok. With this…what do I see….MOST FUCKED UP SHIT EVER!!@@@@!!!@!!@@!
I can’t even make this shit up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Puppy feet are coming out of her!@@@@@@@@@@@@!!!@@@@@!!@!@!@! Let’s back this up a little. The girl I rescued Duchess from said she was fixed…so you can imagine the EXTREME SHOCK when I see she has legs hanging out of her. These are taken on the car ride….once I see the legs coming out I FREAK!!@@@ We call the vet…luckily we are not far away. MOST FUCKED UP SHIT I EVER HAD TO DO!!@@@ I literally!!! delivered a puppy!! Below are the ACTUAL photos of me delivering the puppy…photos taken by my mom with her phone on the way to the vet.
I deliver the puppy and we pull up the vet a minute or so later. The puppy is not breathing and her tongue is blue/purple. The birth was FUCKED UP!! The mom eats the afterbirth/umbilical cord….SOOOO fucked up!! I would have thrown up….but I was busy pulling a sausage sack off the puppy…also FUCKED UP!!! I run inside the vet with the puppy…they know I’m coming…I’m screaming “she’s not breathing!!@@@” . They take the puppy…I then bring Duchess inside. We see the vet…they take X-rays to see if anymore pups are inside. Mommy is doing well…but we don’t know yet about puppy. No more pups inside…THANK GOD!! Remember…I had NO CLUE she was pregnant…and she DIDN’T LOOK PREGNANT!! Finally they bring the pup in. She’s breathing and doing well. Here’s new mommy and puppy when they are re-united.

My aunts dog had puppies under a year ago…so she luckily brought over the whelping bed…and below is mommy and Panda Worm loving each other….awww

I’m STILL IN SHOCK!! Did this REALLY just happen!!@@@@@???????? I rescued ONE dog…and now I have 4!!!@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@!!!@@@!@! lolool
FYI all plans our out the window right now. I know the email blast that went out yesterday am and the website said we would be at the Hester Street Fair tomorrow…we will not be anymore since this MAJOR curve ball was thrown our way!! NYC @ Warped Tour is still on…but any NY dates are on hold for the next week++++. Will keep everyone updated with LOTS of fun photos and videos!! If you asked me 24 hours ago…if this would be my day…I would NEVER have believed you!!@@@!@! I guess God likes to surprise you….and WHAT A SURPRISE!!!
