I cannot start the story of this trip off without the sucky-ness of Southwest Airlines. For those of you that follow our Twitter…you saw the WONDERFUL-est posts about getting stuck at the airport…missing our flight…and traveling all over the frickin’ place for 9 sucky hours!!!!!!!! I cannot say SUCKY enough!!!!! I booked the first flight of the day. It’s usually the easiest (at least with other airlines it is)…because not everyone is at the airport. Well Southwest decided to not put a full staff at the check in counter…so New York Couture and at least 20 other guests got to miss their 6am flight. FUN TIMES FOR ALL!!! I wrote them a complaint…will let you know what they have to say about it. But for now…NO Southwest Airlines flying for me!!! no thanks!!! : P
After being on/at airplane/airport for 9 hours…we FINALLY go to Nashville, TN. But since our flight was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOoooOO late…the car we requested at the rental was rented already…and I had to pay a upgrade fee for a suitable car to fit our 43209985859889 pieces of of luggage…lol. …and then…we were OFF for our New York Couture Bonnaroo ADVENTURE!!! The event is held every year on a farm about an hour away from Nashville. Since again we were late…the check in took a while…but once we got all our credentials…we dropped the goods off at our space inside the venue…and setup up our campsite area. I am a PRINCESS…and at least I can admit it! I HATE bugs…HATE high grass…HATE not showering/real bathrooms…so this was interesting for me. I did Coachella last year so I thought I knew what I was in store for…NOPE! lol Instead of moving into the campsite…the event didn’t open until Thursday and it was only Tuesday…so I made the executive decision to get us a nice air conditioned hotel : ) <—-AMAZING decision!!! By the time we ate and checked into the hotel we were pooped from our LONG day…so no photos from Day 1….but Day 2 is another story : )
DAY 2
EPIC Thifting Day!!! We went to basically EVERY thrift store we could find!! Got the CUTEST things EVER!! These stupid hats were not one of them…lol
…I did SCORE this hysterical Batman mask….jelly? lol …it was 96 degrees…purrfect weather to be trying on Wedding Dresses? No? soo much fun playing dress up!
Tracy and I had the FUNNEST time finding all our treasures!!! <3

Oh yeh…the sign is correct…we LOVEEEEEEEEEE Ross Dress for Less!!!!!!!!! I got Tracy hooked now…EVERYONE I bring there ends up being obsessed! Too funny!!!
We spotted this HUGE Pink Elephant and HAD to full over and take pics! Think he will fit in my suitcase b/c I NEED!! No : / sadness miss him already!!!
Day 3
MORE thrifting!!!!!! <—–soo much fun!!! We had the bestest time!!!! …but then CRAZY rainstorm!! We were stuck in the car for a long while…and then decided…FUCK IT…and ran inside a supermarket to grab yums for the weekend…got SOAKED!!
Rain stopped…more thrifting!!!! Tracy spotted this AMAZING-ly named store! Who WOULDN’T want to shop at
BADCOCK!!@@@?? ahahahaha hi…we’re in 3rd grade…ahahahahaahah …I also LOVED the fact that when she took a photo of me with Badcock that my skirt flew up…OPPS!
…we progressed to 4th grade and started making our way back to our Bonnaroo campsite to OFFICIALLY move in! OH BOY!!! We saw A LOT of this ALL weekend! I realllllllllllyyy want to make a blog “who stole my shirt” b/c I think these shirt “tans” are insanely funny!!!!!!!
Vendors had their own campsite…which was better b/c we also had our own showers/bathrooms aka didn’t have to wait on lines with 326753875757864876786656 other people <—YUCK! Everyone was also given a camping space when they checked in…so imagine how EXCITED I was to find some hicks that decided to move in their drunk beer fest into my space so my car couldn’t fit there now. I wrote them a note…b/c I wanted to go party/didn’t want to wait for them…saying to MOVE! lol. Which they did or it would have been Demolition Man MDK time! lol

It’s time to PARTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Our selling area didn’t open until Friday…and it was only Thursday…so off to play inside!!! Soo much fun!

After Sleigh Bells we were off playing inside Bonnaroo. Found the BIGGEST hoola-hoop EVER!! Tracy was drunk and was tooooo funny yelling at me and the girl that had it that is was “TOO HEAVY!” ….I obviously was cracking up the WHOLE time!!!
We took the lovely vendor shuttle back to our campsite…and passed out! But not before I had to pee in a cup…lol. The bathrooms were not super close…drinking and far bathrooms are no fun…and people in the campsite were still partying…so I didn’t want them to see my vagine…CUP IT WAS!! In the tent…god i’m a classy lady! Gross I know…but TOO FUNNY not to share!! Tracy and I kept it gangsta the whole weekend!! lol
