I LOVE meeting and working with new people!! Friday I FINALLY…after talking back and forth for 2 years (SERIOUSLY!!) I got to shoot with this amazing-ness photographer MG. Everyone was sooo much fun! aka…these girls were a HOOT! <—- yes I’m bringin’ it there….old lady style….Golden Girl FOREVER baby….lol!
Below are photos from: the day i made a hundred new friends and got asked if it was Halloween over and over lol.
The shoot was in Brooklyn…HOLLER! I had to be there early…so I had to wake up early….something I HATE! I am 500% a night owl…mornings SUCK! lol….but I made it happen!
MG, the photographer, had a specific vision. She wanted extra quirky photos….bright colors…funny animals…came to the right place! : )

We shot half the looks inside…the other outside. The outside ones were my favorite….only because of the AWESOME/crazy people we met….EPIC! ahaha
This look caused A LOT of attention! We shot across the street from this shady bodega. The makeup artist said that she thought it wasn’t even a real store…that it just looked like a store and was really a drug house or something. I thought this was HYSTERICAL! I was hungry (like always)…and joked about going and asking for some cookies with crack in them. I had to go inside…..
…damnit….it wasn’t a crack house! I was sad by this…but still got some snackies…and was asked for the first time that day if it was Halloween…this was the first of THREE! Shoot was still going on across the street and the fun DIDN’T stop there….meet my HANDS DOWN MOST FAVORITE character EVER from a shoot!!!!…………………

…we were shooting…and he just came right on over….mozzied on over…and showed us what he was working with….

After I kissed made out with my new boyfriend…he left to do important things…and we shot the next look.
…I brought this fluffy green monster that I was planning to make into a dress possibly and we used it wrapped around Gisele, the models, neck.

SUCH beautiful day out too….it was sunny…and not too cold…really wish it would stay this way and be “winter”….b/c snow and ice are just not my thing!
Shooting this look….made MORE friends!! The one on the left…that looks like a guy….is a girl….she was going WILD! Asking all sorts of questions “what you doin’?, what this for?, jeez my pitures is hot!” <–yes spelled wrong on purpose. This area is clearly saturated with HOTNESS!
Went back to get ready for the last look. MG, the photog, was sooo funny the whole day…she kept wearing the masks and toys I brought…

LAST LOOK of the day! I’m always having crazy ideas…so literally making new things ALL the time! LOTS of pieces don’t make it into the collection…not because anything is wrong with them…but reasons why include, costs too much to produce….or not enough fabric. This dress is both of those. It was a sample I made of a fun caftan.
