BACKSTAGE @ Coney Island Craziness Photoshoot!!!

Got back from east coast Warped Tour at 2am on Monday…you already know about my super sad day! Time does not stop…so the next day I had a photoshoot planned from a few weeks ago at Coney Island.  I LOVE Coney Island…something about it is creepy…but fun…and the skies/beach/boardwalk just makes me smile.  The theme was semi-Rocker Chic…but playful!  Hope you enjoy these backstage photos!! : )

The model was F.I.E.R.C.E.!!!!  She’s ONLY 17!!!  <—–force to reckon with!!

They had HUGE banana stuffed animals with mustaches….how much I wanted one…VERY much so!!!!

The photographer is AMAZING!  She is SUPER young…and I’m telling you…if she keeps doing this…she’s GOING to be famous!!  Some people may not want to give her a chance because of her age…but i’m all about giving people chances…discrimination whether b/c of your sex, age, the way you look, ect is not something i’m ok with!  Fuck you discrimination!!  I actually wanted to be a lawyer…took my LSAT’s and everything…but never went to Law School b/c I got a pretty sweet job for a fashion line…and the rest is history.  I would love to go back to get a law degree though…and then WATCH IT!  lol  Will rock neon pink Chanel suits to court and they’ll see what’s up!

This look was beyond cute!!!  Very 1940’s but motorcycle chic!!  BRAND spankin’ NEW….New York Couture BLACK Burger Tank Tops!!  These are soo SEXY b/c they are stretchy and made from bathing suit material.  We DON’T mess around with American Apparel…everything is hand made by us!!!  <—so you know it has awesome seams/fit!

Lats look of the day!!!!  The shoot was super quick!!  I think it lasted maybe an hour…2 max!…crazy!!!  I love how the background has the iconic rides the Wonder Wheel and Cyclone…and then in the super background is real Brooklyn.  Another little known fact…this is where my mom grew up as a kid…so BK is in my blood too.  Has the BEST italian food!  <—making me hungry thinking about it!!  If you’re a tourist…definitely check out Coney Island…it’s a piece of NY history…that may not be around forever!

Love you New York….love you Brooklyn!  xox
